Wasn't parenting already challenging before COVID hit?  What if you could connect with real-world resources and parents struggling right along with all of us who are trying to figure out how to meet our children's needs amid a global pandemic?

Meet Dr. Amanda Zelechoski, a licensed clinical and forensic psychologist and attorney specializing in trauma, who decided to start a non-profit to help parents like you and me.  Pandemic Parenting began as a collaboration between Dr. Zelechoski and Dr. Lindsay Malloy: two psychologists, scholars, and moms committed to sharing their expertise and research with families.

Information overload, warning signs of mental health issues with our kids, spouses, and partners, and how to treat ourselves with compassion are all topics Amanda and I discussed during our conversation.

Amanda and her team have turned Pandemic Parenting into a digital hub for parents with multiple mediums and resources, no matter what stage of parenting you may be at.  It is a free resource that I encourage all parents to take advantage of as we continue to navigate our way through this pandemic.

Please enjoy my conversation with Dr. Amanda Zelechoski.
