Ep. 128 - The Days Are Long, But the Years Are Short

What if you could embrace the journey and cherish every moment?

Amid life's milestones, I had a heartwarming lunch with a woman who was married for 50 years before her husband passed away.  Her stories and wisdom hit me hard.  The years seemed to have vanished in a blink, reinforcing the notion that the days are long, but the years are short.

The phrase "raising your kids but not enjoying your kids" struck a chord with me – it's so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, isn't it?  Milestones can remind us to be present and truly soak in precious moments with everything we do.

So, my friends, as we navigate through the rush of life, let's remember to slow down, take it all in, and appreciate the power of milestones.

See you next time.
